The Creative Process Interview Series
Since receiving a grant to record songs in French and place them online, I have become all the more curious how others envision the creative process. Interviews lend themselves well to discovering artists' interests, trajectories and thought patterns, so I have used this format to find out more. In investigating ideas from experienced artists, musicians and designers, one can learn everything from formative influences and conceptual goals to setting the egg-timer for twenty minutes' work.
