Multi-Brain HyperNEAT Source Code

Multi-Brain HyperNEAT is a software framework that extends HyperNEAT to evolve agents that possess multiple brains. Different brains can be used in different situations, making it easy to evolve multimodal behavior. The C# source code is available via GitHub here. A zip file of version 1.0 can also be downloaded directly here. This code is actually an extension of Multi-Agent HyperNEAT, which itself is built on HyperSharpNEAT.
