SPEEDE Implementation for Receiving Electronic Transcripts.

Southwestern University receives electronic transcripts from the UT Austin Server and uses the
          Q&E Software (free) to print and to generate acknowledgements.
          - - Steps to Register with Server and Prepare to Receive, Print, Acknowledge
          - - Checklist for Processing a Received Transcript File.

 

 

SPEEDE Implementation Status by State – preliminary, for review.
Transcripts, applications for admission, test scores, and certifications of
enrollment are being exchanged electronically by colleges, using formats developed and promoted
by the AACRAO SPEEDE (Standardization of Postsecondary Education Electronic Data Exchange)
Committee.   Equivalent standards for XML transcripts and other uses are also in process.
