Welcome. What follows is first a brief introduction to semiological analysis, then an actual semiological analysis on selected images that have been widely recognized as iconic. I have separated my selected iconic images into four different groups. After seeing the groups of semiotic analyzed iconic images, you will read the discourse analysis.
