Anchal- The Narcissistic Model

This photograph of Anchal is also a prime example of pyschoanalysis due to the Lacan's mirror stage and and fetishistic scopophilia. She is recognizing what she looks like which falls into the Lacan's theory. She recognizes herself but she does so in relation to phallocentric terms (ie. as sexy and beautiful due to her long hair, makeup, and short dress). Fetishistic scopophilia is shown in the images super imposed in the mirror. Anchal's body is cut into pieces and sensual parts like her face and butt are the focus of the the shots.
