Calculus II Exam II Spring 2007

Rules as we agreed upon collectively:

• In-class exam.

• You may use your own copy of the following concise notes without example as we agreed upon in class:

Those who do not work before the exam to create their own notes or who forget to bring them are out of luck! Using notes is a privilege which will be revoked if problems arise.

• Calculator operations such as are available on a TI-83 are fine. Computer algebra manipulations of any kind (factor, solve, integrate, differentiate, etc.), programmed routines, and 3D graphing ARE NOT allowed on your calculator on the exam, even to check your work.

• Having notes entered into your calculator or cell phone is not allowed.

• Do not discuss this exam with anyone who has not taken it.

Extra notes, extra time, discussing the exam, or inappropriate use of technology will constitute AID ON THE EXAM and thus will result in possible point reduction and/or persuance through the Student Judiciary as an Honor Code violation.

Write out the pledge and sign it here when you are finished the exam. Signing the pledge indicates compliance with the rules. If you cannot sign it, please explain.

Although your work should be brief, make sure it is sufficient for me to check.

Show work in the space provided when possible. Attach additional pages as necessary. You may use your own paper or what I provide.
